[目的]分析羊耳菊有效组分中的化学成分。[方法]采用UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术,对其中主要的化学成分进行表征,指认其中特征性、代表性的化学成分,并通过对照品进行比对。[结果]在羊耳菊有效组分中鉴定出12个化合物,分别为绿原酸、新绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸C、洋蓟素、木犀草苷、东莨菪苷、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖(6→1)-α-L-鼠李糖苷、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷。[结论]明确了羊耳菊有效组分中的12个化合物,为羊耳菊药材的质量控制指标成分的选择提供依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the chemical constituents in the active components of Pleurotus ostreatus. [Method] The main chemical constituents were characterized by UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS, the characteristic and representative chemical components were identified and compared by reference substance. [Result] Twelve compounds were identified in the active constituents of Pleurotus ostreatus, which were chlorogenic acid, neo-chlorogenic acid, cryptocanthihc acid, iso-chlorogenic acid A, iso- chlorogenic acid B, iso-chlorogenic acid C, Cynarin, scopolamine, luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucose (6 → 1) -α-L-rhamnoside, luteolin-7-O-β-D - glucuronide, apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside. [Conclusion] Twelve compounds in the effective components of Pleurotus ostreatus were identified, which provided the basis for the selection of quality control index components of Pleurotus ostreatus.
