彼此之间不同的项目和工程是建筑企业经营基础,将属于企业的整体活动当做目标来管理,把不同的项目和工程当做基本的单元,这是建筑企业管理中最基本的特点[1]。企业的发展和经营状况很容易影响企业项目的成功和失败,因此,实现企业经营的基础是将工程和项目进行管理。然而,管理项目和工程不是管理的全部内容,仅是属于企业管理中一个相当有意义的管理内容。那么,企业要合理分配企业中所拥有的资源,同时创造更高的价值,这样才会实现企业管理和发展的最终目的。但是,在现实的一些工程中,企业应该总结各个项目的特征,详细的规划企业管理的工作,这才会保质保量的按时完成任务。不难想出,企业管理和生产的基础就是建筑项目,它是企业效益的来源。工程管理不仅是企业管理和发展的平台,它也体现了企业的良好形象,而且,它是企业中最核心、最基本的工作。不可否认,在现在的企业施工项目中依旧隐藏着很多问题。所以深刻的认识到在项目管理和建设过程的必要性,是一个工程管理人员必须具备的素质。

Therefore, a profound understanding of the necessity of the project management and construction process is a necessary qualification of a project manager.
