目的探讨优质护理对白血病化疗患者胃肠道反应和生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年8月至2015年8月陕西省咸阳市二一五医院收治的90例急性白血病患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用优质护理,比较两组患者化疗后1周内恶心呕吐程度、胃肠道反应发生率和生活质量。结果观察组患者恶心、呕吐程度均明显降低,不同化疗期间胃肠道反应发生率均明显降低,躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能和社会功能评分明显降低,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论优质护理可有效减轻急性白血病化疗患者的胃肠道反应,改善生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality nursing on gastrointestinal reactions and quality of life in patients with leukemia chemotherapy. Methods Ninety patients with acute leukemia who were admitted to 215 Hospital of Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province from August 2012 to August 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. The patients in the observation group were treated with high-quality nursing care. The levels of nausea and vomiting, the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions and quality of life in the two groups were compared within one week after chemotherapy. Results The nausea and vomiting of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions was significantly decreased in different periods of chemotherapy, the body function, the function of the body, the cognitive function, the emotional function and the social function score were significantly decreased. Compared with the control group, All were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Quality care can effectively reduce gastrointestinal reactions in patients with acute leukemia chemotherapy, improve quality of life.
