近几年来,冶金工业节约能源的工作不断深入,取得了较好成绩,积累了不少经验,现从中选出4例介绍如下。 1.鞍钢烧结总厂1979年以来,将全厂12台烧结机的点火器全部改成大点火器,使烧结工序能耗降低2~2.5公斤标煤/吨烧结矿。第三烧结厂1982年4月大点火器投产,仅半年时间就节约煤8800余吨,扣除多耗煤气,仍节约4125吨标煤。 2.上钢五厂6座燃油加热炉全部进行了节能技术改造:增加空气预热器、炉体用珍珠岩热板、炉座水管可塑料包扎,使加热炉平均吨钢油耗达到57.5公斤。其中有三座达到
