目的:研究低剂量γ射线照射孕鼠,对仔鼠中枢神经系统发育的影响。方法:对孕13d小鼠进行一次 ̄(60)Co(1.0Gy)γ射线全方位照射,用克紫染色法,观察新生零天仔鼠脑形态,SDS-PAGE法电泳检测其蛋白结构。结果:照射组鼠脑海马伞腹侧形成异常细胞团,在65~70KD左右出现异常蛋白。结论:低剂量γ射线照时孕鼠,影响仔鼠中枢神经系统的发育,室管膜细胞对照射损伤较敏感。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of low dose gamma irradiation on the development of central nervous system in pregnant rats. Methods: Pregnant mice were exposed to γ-rays of ~ (60) Co (1.0Gy) for 15 days. The brain morphology of neonatal offspring rats was observed by Kevlar staining. The protein structure was detected by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. Results: Abnormal cell mass was formed in the ventral part of the hippocampus of irradiated group, and abnormal protein appeared at about 65 ~ 70KD. CONCLUSION: Pregnant mice irradiated with low dose of γ-rays affect the development of central nervous system of pups and the ependymal cells are more sensitive to irradiation injury.
