经皮神经电刺激(TENS)作为非药物性分娩镇痛方法日益受到人们重视。针对国内现存产品性能不稳定、镇痛效果不理想等问题,本文设计研制了生物反馈式TENS分娩镇痛治疗系统,通过对比刺激电流的波形、频率、强度等对镇痛效果影响的差别,提出将低频调制中频电流引入到TENS脉冲的新思路,并应用于分娩镇痛装置。课题组设计了多种电刺激处方,分别用于宫缩期间的镇痛或者无宫缩时的按摩,并依此提出生物反馈式TENS分娩镇痛方法,即根据检测到的宫缩压力等反馈信号可自动选择镇痛处方并调节信号参数。临床试验结果表明,仪器性能达到了设计要求,具有良好的分娩镇痛效果。
