目的通过冠状动脉造影(CAG)探讨心电图(ECG)对冠心病的诊断价值。方法对247例疑似冠心病患者行心电图和冠状动脉造影检查。结果心电图诊断冠心病的灵敏度为76.923%,特异度为34.615%,假阳性率为65.385%,假阴性率为23.077%,心电图与冠状动脉造影检查结果的差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05);诊断多支病变的敏感性和单支病变的敏感性也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心电图在一定程度上可以准确反映冠状动脉病变情况,但仍然有一定的局限性。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of electrocardiogram (ECG) in coronary heart disease by coronary angiography (CAG). Methods 247 suspected coronary heart disease patients underwent ECG and coronary angiography. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of electrocardiogram in diagnosing CHD were 76.923%, 34.615%, 65.385% and 23.077%, respectively. The difference between ECG and coronary angiography was statistically significant (P <0.05) The sensitivity of diagnosing multivessel disease and single-vessel disease were also statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion ECG to some extent can accurately reflect the coronary lesions, but there are still some limitations.
