近年来,我们用复方氟脲嘧啶霜治疗阴部尖锐湿疣21例,疗效满意。患者年龄19～43岁,病程0.5～6个月。配偶及性伴共患病5例。病变部位:女性以两侧小阴唇、处女膜、阴道后壁多见;男性均位于冠状沟、包皮及系带两侧。棘刺样丘疹16例,粟粒样丘疹4例,粟粒团块状1例。病理检查均为尖锐湿疣。 治疗方法;用复方氟脲嘧啶霜(含5-氟脲嘧啶0.125g,丙酸睾丸酮25mg,甲硝唑1.0g,制霉菌素100万U,加基质制成20g)外涂,每日2次,7天为一疗程。庞体较大者适当增加用药次数,并予按摩。每次用药前先用20％洁尔阴清洗皮损部位。 结果:治疗3～15天,21例均治愈。 体会:尖锐湿疣由人类乳头瘤状病毒(HPV)
In recent years, we use compound fluorouracil cream treatment of genital warts in 21 cases, with satisfactory results. Treatment; with compound fluorouracil cream (containing 5-fluorouracil 0.125g, testosterone propionate 25mg, metronidazole 1.0g, nystatin 1000000 U, plus substrate made of 20g), twice daily , 7 days for a course of treatment.
