采用静水清滤法,对合浦珠母贝(Pinctada fucata)稚贝和大珠母贝(P.maxima)稚贝的摄食节律进行研究,旨在为珍珠贝岸基养殖时的科学投喂和管理提供参考。试验所用合浦珠母贝稚贝壳长(2.49±0.11)cm,大珠母贝稚贝壳长(2.14±0.16)cm。试验所用海水p H 7.79、盐度33.1、水温24~26℃,饵料为扁藻。通过测定0:00、3:00、6:00、9:00、12:00、15:00、18:00、21:00这8个时间点的摄食率,得到昼夜摄食节律。结果表明:除6:00~9:00时间段合浦珠母贝比大珠母贝摄食多外,其余时间段大珠母贝的摄食率均大于合浦珠母贝;大珠母贝一天的摄食总量显著高于合浦珠母贝的摄食总量。合浦珠母贝稚贝与大珠母贝稚贝的昼夜摄食节律相似,在0:00时摄食率最高,在6:00时摄食率最低,没有明显的昼夜摄食节律。
The feeding rhythm of juvenile Pinctada fucata and P. maxima juveniles was studied by hydrostatic filtration, and was designed to provide scientific feeding and management of pearl oyster basal farming reference. The juvenile shell length (2.49 ± 0.11) cm and the juvenile shell size (2.14 ± 0.16) cm were significantly different in the test. Sea water p H 7.79, salinity 33.1, water temperature 24 ~ 26 ℃, bait for the algae. Day-to-day feeding rhythm was obtained by measuring the feeding rate at 8:00:00, 3:00, 6:00, 9:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:00 and 21:00. The results showed that the feeding rates of Pinctada tabaci were higher than those of Pinctada copepods except for Pinctada tabaci than Pinctada maxima from 6: 00-9: 00; Significantly higher than the total consumption of Hepu pearl oyster. The diurnal feeding rhythm of pearl moss in Hepu was similar to that of juvenile pearl moss in Hepu. The feeding rate was the highest at 0:00 h and the lowest at 6:00 h. There was no obvious circadian rhythm.
