目的了解临床护士的工作授能水平,分析人口学特征对工作授能的影响及分析工作授能结构之间的相互关系。方法采取分层抽样方法抽取177例临床护士,采用工作效能条件量表(CWEQ-Ⅱ)进行问卷调查。结果护士的工作授能水平在中度以上(M=2.831~3.459),工作授能的6个维度之间呈正相关关系(r=0.373~0.594);护士年龄、护龄和工作科室不同时,对工作授能水平影响存在显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论管理者可通过构建授能性工作环境,提高护士的工作授能认知水平,从而以更高的效率实现组织目标。
Objective To understand the level of job-enhancement of clinical nurses, analyze the influence of demographic characteristics on job-enhancement, and analyze the interrelationships among job-enforcement structures. Methods A total of 177 clinical nurses were sampled by stratified sampling method. Questionnaires were conducted using the Work Efficacy Condition Scale (CWEQ-II). Results The work performance of nurses was above moderate degree (M=2.831-3.469), and there was a positive correlation between 6 dimensions of work empowerment (r=0.373-0.594); nurses’ age, nurse age, and work department were different. There was a significant difference in the level of work ability (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Managers can build empowered work environments to increase nurses’ cognitive ability of work empowerment and achieve organizational goals with greater efficiency.
