农机监理外勤人员,长期从事外勤工作,条件艰苦,环境恶劣,任务繁重,在执法过程中经常发生意外人身伤害事故和引发疾病,给监理机关和监理人员造成较重的经济负担。为保证有充足的资金支付意外事故和重大疾病所需的经费,减轻监理机关负担,解决监理外勤人员的后顾之忧,稳定农机监理队伍,推动农机安全监理工作的开展,建议为外勤人员投保。
