1 理中汤治口腔溃疡 杨某,男,44岁,1991年2月6日初诊。患慢性肠炎5年余。近3年来,上下唇内溃疡,反复不愈,每用抗生素、维生素类药物及中药龙胆泻肝汤、知柏地黄汤(丸)、导赤散之类加减治疗后,唇内溃疡可暂时减轻,但药停即加重。刻诊:上下唇内可见豆片、米粟样大小不等的溃疡数处,表面凹陷,上浮白色膜状物,搽之疼痛出血。伴见大便稀溏日2～4次,腹部隐痛,喜温喜按,口淡无味,纳呆,倦怠思卧。舌淡体胖,苔薄白,脉沉迟。证属脾胃虚寒,健运失职,唇失所养。治宜温中健脾。方用理中汤;人参6g,白术15g,干姜9g,炙甘草6g。每日1剂,水煎服。药进5剂后,溃疡愈合不显著,但腹痛消失,大便复常,饮食增加。药证相符,效不更方,虑其脾胃虚寒已久,干姜量加至12g。继服5剂后,唇内溃疡小者消失,大者结痂,舌脉趋于正常。守方继用5剂以巩固疗效。前后用药15剂,溃疡痊愈合,诸症消尽。随访一年,病无复发。

Carved diagnosis: The upper and lower lip can be seen in the number of ulcers ranging from the size of the bean slices and rice millet, the surface is sunk, the white membrane is floating, and the hemorrhoid pain is bleeding. See the stool thin day 2 to 4 times, abdominal pain, hi temperature, according to taste, tasteless, poor appetite, tired sleepy thinking. Tongue body fat, thin white fur, pulse late. The card is cold in the spleen and stomach, dribbles in health and transport, and lip loss. Expelling warm spleen. Fang Lizhong soup; ginseng 6g, Atractylodes 15g, ginger 9g, Zhigancao 6g. 1 day, Shuijianbi. After 5 doses of the drug, the healing of the ulcer was not significant, but the abdominal pain disappeared, the stool was normal, and the diet increased. The drug certificate is in line with the results, and the effect is not squarer. Considering that the spleen and stomach has been deficient for a long time, the amount of dried ginger is increased to 12g. After serving five doses, the small ulcers in the lips disappeared, and the large ones became scabs and tongue veins became normal. The defender continued to use 5 doses to consolidate the curative effect. Before and after treatment with 15 drugs, ulcer healing, Zhu Zheng eliminate. One year follow-up, no recurrence of the disease.
