现在已经是冬季了,如果在练习瑜伽时,一味地追求大运动量,过多地让身体出汗,就会让本应潜藏于体内的阳气从我们身体皮肤的毛孔散失掉。《黄帝内经·素问》中说:“五脏所主……肾主骨。”又说“脊者……其充在骨。”不适当的瑜伽练习,会使体内阳气散失,我们身体的骨骼、特别是脊柱就会变得薄弱,容易发生损伤,也容易出现不必要的障碍或疾患。所以冬日里,我想向大家推荐一些简单安全,却可以舒筋活络固阳气的体式法,以便让我们的身体远离寒冷和疾病。
