目的建立采用连续流动注射分析仪测定白酒中氰化物的方法。方法白酒样品用2g/L NaOH碱解,在优化的试验条件下,用LACHAT QC8500连续流动注射分析仪直接测定氰化物的浓度。结果方法有效降低了白酒中基质对检测结果的干扰,提高了测定的准确性和灵敏度。在0.50~500μg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,最低检出限为0.17μg/L,加标回收率为87.3%~97.9%,相对标准偏差为2.2%~3.7%。结论方法操作简便快速、灵敏度高、结果准确,可满足测定各种白酒中氰化物的要求。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of cyanide in liquor by continuous flow injection analyzer. Methods The white liquor samples were alkalized with 2 g / L NaOH and the concentration of cyanide was determined directly by Lacht QC8500 continuous flow injection analyzer under optimized experimental conditions. Results The method effectively reduced the interference of matrix in liquor to the test results, and improved the accuracy and sensitivity of the determination. The correlation coefficient was 0.9999, the minimum detectable limit was 0.17μg / L, the spiked recoveries were 87.3% -97.9%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.2% -3.7% in the range of 0.50-500μg / L. . Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It can meet the requirements of determination of cyanide in various liquor.
