3月10日,中国证监会正式对唐汉博跨境操纵“小商品城”案,以及唐汉博、唐园子操纵市场案作出行政处罚决定。两案涉案操纵行为非法获利共计约2.5亿元。证监会依法从重对涉案当事人作出了顶格处罚,两案罚没款合计超过12亿元。其中,唐汉博跨境操纵案是沪港通开通以来查处的首例跨境市场操纵案件。
On March 10, China Securities Regulatory Commission formally imposed an administrative punishment on Tang Hanbo’s case of “Commodity City” cross-border manipulation and Tang Hanbo’s and Tang Yuanzi’s manipulation of the market. Illegal profits involved in the manipulation of both cases amounted to about 250 million yuan. The Commission imposed heavy penalties on the parties involved in the case according to law, with a total of more than 1.2 billion yuan in two cases. Among them, the cross-border manipulation of Tang Hanbo case is the first case of cross-border market manipulation handled since the opening of Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect.
