目的探讨社区综合护理干预对高血压控制的临床效果。方法将我院收治的173例高血压患者按照随机分层分组法分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组给予常规护理干预和健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上给予社区综合护理干预,观察两组健康生活行为、相关知识技能知晓率、服药依从性、高血压控制情况及等级,对比以上观察结果,评价社区综合护理干预在高血压控制中的应用价值。结果观察组吸烟饮酒、体育锻炼、饮食、情绪控制、自我病情监测均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的相关知识技能知晓率及服药依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后SBP、DBP及3级高血压患者比例均明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区综合护理干预能显著纠正高血压患者不良健康行为,提高相关知识知晓率和服药依从性,从而提高临床治疗效果和血压控制效果,在高血压治疗中具有重要应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of community integrated nursing intervention on hypertension control. Methods A total of 173 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to randomized stratified grouping method. Both groups were given routine treatment, and the control group was given routine nursing intervention and health education. The observation group was basal in the control group Community-based comprehensive nursing intervention was given to observe community health behavior, awareness of relevant knowledge and skills, compliance with medication, hypertension control and grade. The above observations were compared to evaluate the value of community integrated nursing intervention in the control of hypertension. Results In the observation group, alcohol consumption, physical exercise, diet, mood control and self-condition monitoring were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The observation group knowledge and skills awareness and medication compliance was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). The proportion of patients with SBP, DBP and grade 3 hypertension in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Community-based comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly correct the adverse health behaviors of hypertensive patients, improve the awareness of related knowledge and medication compliance, thus improving the clinical treatment effect and blood pressure control effect, which is of great value in the treatment of hypertension.
