基于菌体部分回流法提高光合细菌产氢活性的实验研究

针对光合细菌产氢过程中,菌种长期使用出现的菌种老化、产氢量下降、产氢不稳定等问题,采用菌体部分回流法提高光合细菌菌体活性,筛选出产氢活性较高的菌种用于产氢。试验结果表明,采用菌体部分回流法能有效提高光合细菌老化菌种的菌体活性,其最佳回流条件为:回流时间36h,回流量30%,回流周期为4次(192h)。通过回流活化,菌种的产氢能力明显增强,以牛粪污水为基质的产氢试验中,回流活化菌种产氢周期长,产氢稳定,168h累计产氢量达到282mL,比未回流菌种产氢量提高了80.7%,产气中平均氢含量达到58.6%,是未回流菌种产气中氢含量的1.21倍。 In the process of hydrogen production of photosynthetic bacteria, the strain of bacteria photosynthetic bacteria was enhanced by partial bacterial cell reflow to increase the activity of hydrogen-producing bacteria during the long-term use of bacteria strains aging, hydrogen production decreased, instability of hydrogen production, etc. Strain for hydrogen production.
