针对神华集团寸草塔煤矿喷射混凝土支护回弹率大、黏结性能不好等问题,对水泥速凝剂凝结时间相容性进行了实验研究,通过对原矿材料实验分析得出:原矿水泥速凝剂初凝时间均>5 min,终凝时间均>10 min,相容性不符合要求。通过对所提供材料的凝结时间分析,得出符合相容性要求的水泥速凝剂有C水泥、D速凝剂与F速凝剂,最终确定凝结时间变化曲线。分析认为变化率较为平缓的F速凝剂更有利于保证工程质量。
Aiming at the problems such as large rebound rate and poor bonding performance of shotcrete support in the Xincao Tower in the Xincao Tower, experimental study on the compatibility of the setting time of the cement quick-setting admixture was carried out. Through the experimental analysis of the raw ore material, Coagulant initial setting time> 5 min, the final setting time> 10 min, the compatibility does not meet the requirements. By analyzing the setting time of the materials provided, the cement quick-setting admixture with C cement, D quick-setting admixture and F quick-setting admixture is obtained, and the curve of the setting time is finally determined. Analysis that the rate of change is more gentle F quick-setting agent is more conducive to ensuring the quality of the project.
