我院胃镜室1993—2005年对上消化道疾病患者1 685例进行了胃镜检查,其中诊断胃癌62例,现分析如下。1资料与方法1·1一般资料:本组62例胃癌患者中,男性47例,女性15例,男女比例为3.2∶1。年龄36~79岁,其中40岁以下3例,占5%;40~60岁33例,占53%;61~70岁21例,占34%;71岁以上5例,占8% In the gastroscope department of our hospital from 1993 to 2005, 1685 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal diseases were examined by gastroscopy, of which 62 cases were diagnosed with gastric cancer.
