加强集体备课是实施高中新课程的呼唤,也是教师专业成长的要求,更是学生减负、提高学习效率的需要。在日趋激烈的竞争背景下,个体的优势有时会显得力不从心,这在客观上就要求我们必须团结协作,共同努力,集思广益,发挥群体优势。在现实中,有的教师富有经验,有的教师思维活跃,而集体备课能使这种资源共享和思维发生碰撞,产生更多的火花。所以合作研讨,发挥集体的智慧,扬长避短,促进以老带新、以新促老,集思广益,博采众长,真正实现脑资源共享,充分发挥每一位教师的特长,有利于提高整体的教育教学水平。
To strengthen collective lesson planning is the call of new high school curriculum and the requirement of teachers’ professional growth. It is also the need of students to reduce their burden and improve their learning efficiency. In the increasingly fierce competition background, the advantages of individuals may sometimes seem inadequate, which objectively requires that we must unite and work together to brainstorm ideas and give play to the advantages of groups. In reality, some teachers are experienced and some teachers are active in thinking. However, collective lesson planning can make such resource sharing and thinking collide and generate more sparks. Therefore, we should make joint efforts to discuss and bring into play the wisdom of the collective and avoid weaknesses. We should promote new ones with new ones, promote the elderly with new ones, pool ideas with others, truly share brain resources, give full play to the strengths of every teacher, and enhance the overall level of education and teaching.
