本文通过设计独到的互动方式、结合长期培训经历并采用实证的研究方法,考查培训对象英语成绩的进步程度,得到课内外互动明显有利于增强培训的效果,其中课内互动提升效果更显著的结论。鉴于培训效果最大化的目的,最后构建P-T互动模型。本文研究成果对培训实施者及参与群体有一定的借鉴意义。
Through the design of unique interactive way, combined with long-term training experience and the use of empirical research methods to examine the progress of the target English proficiency, the interaction between the inside and outside the class is obviously conducive to enhancing the effectiveness of training, including the interaction within the class to enhance the effect of more significant conclusions . In view of the purpose of maximizing the training effect, the P-T interactive model is finally constructed. The research results of this paper have some reference to training implementers and participating groups.
