医院财务分析水平对其财务管理工作起着决定性的作用,在很大程度上关系着医院的整体发展。确保高质量高水平的财务分析,能促进医院发现问题与自主解决问题,进而推动医院经济效益以及其社会效益的提高。在新财务(会计)制度下,医院财务分析水平得到了切实的进步,但仍存在一定的问题,需要进一步完善。本文结合已有的研究结果和实际工作经验,对目前我国医院财务分析工作中面临的一些难题和不足,并针对性地提出了相应的改进对策,旨在为促进我国医院的发展完善贡献一己之力。
