2013年是不平凡的一年,世界经济危机对我国机械制造业的影响持续加剧。船舶制造业虽然在订单总量上有一定幅度的回升,但总体形势不容乐观。作为船舶建造过程中最重要的技术之一——焊接技术水平的高低,是影响造船质量和效率的重要因素。高效焊接技术除了在散货船、油船、集装箱船等主力船型上应用之外,还在液化天然气船(LNG)、液化石油气船(LPG)、海洋浮式生产储油船(FPSO)、超大型油船(VLCC)、军用船等高技术、高附加值船舶上获得广泛应用。高效的焊接生产线,如平面分段流水线、机器人管子-法兰焊接生产线等的应用越来越多,快速搭载焊接工艺及设备的应用也越来越广泛。当前,船舶焊接技术正朝着高效化、自动化方向发展,以满足新形势的技术发展需求。
2013 is an extraordinary year. The impact of the global economic crisis on China’s machinery manufacturing industry has continued to intensify. Although the shipbuilding industry has a certain degree of order pick up, but the overall situation is not optimistic. As one of the most important technologies in the construction of a ship, the level of welding technology is an important factor affecting the quality and efficiency of shipbuilding. In addition to the application of bulk welding, oil tankers and container ships, LNG, LPG, FPSO, large-scale VLCC, military ships and other high-tech, high value-added ships have been widely used. Efficient welding lines, such as flat segmented lines, robotic pipe-flange welding lines, are used more and more rapidly, and the application of rapid welding technology and equipment is also more and more widely used. Currently, the ship welding technology is moving in the direction of efficiency and automation to meet the needs of technological development in the new situation.
