报导了八齿配体N,N,N′.N′四(2-苯并咪唑甲基)-1,4-H乙氨基乙二醚(EGTB)的4种从核钴(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及其红外(IR)、紫外可见(UV-Vis)光谱和电子自旋共振(ESR)谱表征.并用硝基蓝四氮唑(NBT)光照还原法证明这4种配合物均具有超氧化物歧化酶性质.与O_2反应的速率常数在10~6~10~7mol·L·s之间.
The octadentate ligands N, N, N ’are reported. Synthesis of 4 New Cobalt (Ⅱ) Complexes from N (Ⅳ) Tetrakis (2-Benzimidazolylmethyl) -1,4-H Ethoxyethanethylether (EGTB) and Their IR, UV -Vis) spectroscopy and electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. Nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) photoluminescence method was used to prove that these four complexes have superoxide dismutase properties. The reaction rate constant with O 2 is between 10 ~ 6 ~ 10 ~ 7mol·L · s.
