近日,江苏省东海县浦南镇龙浦村女青年赵艳,从日本给家里寄来2万元,这是赵艳在日本种菜获得的一个季度的工资。像赵艳那样到日本种菜养花、到美国打杂工、新加坡出海打鱼、毛里求斯做缝纫工等全村有60人,他们走出国门,一年合计净赚“洋钱”300万元。为了增加农民收入,满足群众出国劳务需要,龙浦村与市外贸、东海县劳动部门取得联系,提供劳务信息,介绍出国劳务。该村广大青年主动到成教中心或职业技能学校深造,掌握1～2门技术,为出国劳务打下基础。他们到韩国、新加坡从事海洋捕捞,到日本种菜养花,到约旦、毛里求斯搞建筑做缝纫工,到美国打杂工等。他们一般签订劳务合同2～3年,最低年收入4万元,最高三年可得24万元。

They generally sign a labor contract for 2 to 3 years, with a minimum annual income of 40,000 yuan and a maximum of 240,000 yuan for the three years.
