在美国很有影响的刊物《发掘潜力》1997年第一期上,发表了题为《为幼儿建立适当课程的指导思想》的文章。该文的观点代表了当代大多数美国早期教育专家的看法。现将该文的一些观点介绍给我国的幼教工作者。文章认为,课程应包括的内容是儿童学什么和怎么学。同时也包含教师教的技巧、评估的技巧,以及如何了解学生学习过程的发生发展,如何调整儿童的需要等等,所有这些互相联系从而组成一个统一的课程系统。文章认为,传统的教育不能满足各类儿童的需要。新的课程建构应逐步发展适应课程以适合广大的不同性格特征儿童的需要,包括天才儿童、有智力障碍儿童、心理或生理残缺儿童的需要等。课程的方案设
In the first issue, 1997, “The Potential of Discovery,” a very influential publication in the United States, he published an article titled “Guiding Principles for Establishing Proper Curriculum for Infants.” The article’s point of view represents the views of most contemporary early American education experts. Now some of the views of the article introduced to our kindergarten workers. The article holds that the content of the course should include the children learn what and how to learn. It also includes teacher-teaching skills, assessment skills, how to understand the development of student learning process, how to adjust the needs of children and so on. All of these are linked together to form a unified curriculum system. The article holds that traditional education can not meet the needs of all kinds of children. The new curriculum should be gradually adapted to the curriculum to suit the needs of a wide range of children with different characteristics, including the needs of geniuses, mentally retarded children and mentally or physically handicapped children.
