以基层农机推广机构为技术依托,以农机专业服务组织为实施主体,在集中连片的土地上引进、试验、示范和推广先进的农机化新机具和新技术示范。(1)玉米免耕复种冬小麦技术示范,面积100亩(1亩=1/15 hm2,下同)。截至目前,冬小麦已出苗,免耕、灭茬与传统耕作相比,出苗长势一致,该项技术比传统耕作减少梨翻、耙耱等整地环节,从节本增效角度预测,节本增效30~50元/亩。(2)冬麦免耕复种油葵技术示范,面积100亩。灭茬免耕播种技术与传统耕作技术对比,在油葵苗期,0~30cm土层土壤水分提高15%~25%;30~60cm土层土壤水分也有所提高,土壤容重提高25%~48%;生长中期,土壤水分提高15%~20%,土壤容重提高20%。产量211kg/亩,比传统耕作增产187kg/亩,增长12.8%,节成本增效120.3元/亩。达到节本增效,综合经济效益良好,对本辖区农民采用保护性耕作技术具有辐射带动作用。
