研究了不同焊接工艺参数条件下,2060铝锂合金接头的宏观形貌和微观组织特点。结果发现,焊核区为细密的等轴晶组织,热影响区组织粗大,热机影响区组织发生畸变;焊缝前进侧界面清晰,后退侧模糊,当热输入因子较大时,前进侧界面也变得模糊起来。对焊缝进行无损和微观组织分析,均未发现焊接缺陷。拉伸测试结果表明,接头静强度达到母材强度的82%以上,较高的热输入利于拉伸强度的提高。以上研究表明:该合金具有较大的工艺窗口。
The macro-morphology and microstructure of 2060 Al-Li alloy joints were studied under different welding parameters. The results show that the weld zone is a fine equiaxed grain structure with coarse structure in the heat affected zone and distortion of the tissue in the heat affected zone. The interface of weld front is clear and the back side is fuzzy. When the heat input factor is larger, Become fuzzy. Weld on the non-destructive and microstructure analysis, did not find welding defects. Tensile test results show that the joint static strength reaches more than 82% of the base metal strength, high heat input conducive to the improvement of tensile strength. The above studies show that: the alloy has a larger process window.
