我们常听到不少教师这样的话:“整天忙于教学,哪有时间搞研究?”这话道出了教学与研究之间的矛盾。这个矛盾的存在,是客观事实。但是怎样处理好这个矛盾呢?俗话说得好,事在人为。我写这篇文章,是谈点切身体会。教学与研究,存在着矛盾。这是问题的一个方面。但问题的另一个方面,是教学能促进研究,研究又能促进教学。我国古书《礼记·学记》中有这样一段话:“学然后知不足,教然后知困。知不足,然后能自反也;知困,然后能自强也。故曰:教学相长也。”这段话,把教学与研究之间的关系,论述得非常清楚。
We often hear the words of many teachers: “All-day teaching, how can we engage in research?” This tells the contradiction between teaching and research. The existence of this contradiction is an objective fact. But how to deal with this contradiction? As the saying goes, things are artificial. I write this article is to talk about personal experience. Teaching and research, there are contradictions. This is one aspect of the problem. However, another aspect of the problem is that teaching can promote research and research can promote teaching. In our ancient book, “Book of Rites School of Study,” there is a passage like this: "I learned later and then I was trapped in my heart. This passage, the relationship between teaching and research, discussed very clearly.
