“科教兴国”战略作为我国长远发展的一项重要国策,教育的巨大作用已经越来越被人们所重视,高校作为教育发展的核心阵地历来是国家和地方政府投资的重点。那么如何规范的采购物资,克服采购过程及合理管理等问题是本文所要探讨的内容。随着我国市场经济体制改革的不断深化和高校办学规模的扩大,每年用于设备采购方面的资金已经是学校办学经费开支中很重要的一部分。在深入研究国内高校物资采购相关历史文献资料的同时,借鉴其经验教训及完善的制度,对解决高校现存问题是必要而切实可行的。
The Strategy of “Rejuvenating China through Science and Education” As an important national policy for the long-term development of our country, the great role of education has drawn more and more attention. The core position of colleges and universities as education development has always been the focus of investment by the state and local governments. So how to standardize the procurement of materials, to overcome the procurement process and reasonable management issues to be explored in this article. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the market economy system in our country and the expansion of the scale of running a university, the annual funding for equipment procurement is already an important part of the school’s running expenses. It is necessary and feasible to solve the existing problems in colleges and universities while studying the historical documents and materials of domestic colleges and universities in detail.
