目的了解医疗机构消毒、灭菌效果,为预防和控制医院感染提供依据。方法对2010~2012年马山县县乡级医疗机构消毒效果监测资料进行分析。结果 2010~2012年合计检测各类监测对象765份,合格的703份,平均合格率为91.90%。检测合格率,2010~2012年分别为87.74%、92.67%、96.86%(P<0.01);县乡两级医疗机构分别为97.83%、87.56%(P<0.01);室内空气为95.00%,物体表面为97.30%,医护人员手为92.21%,使用中消毒液为98.94%,灭菌物品为70.71%,器械浸泡液为72.00%。结论马山县医疗机构消毒质量总体较好,灭菌物品和无菌器械保存液合格率较低。
Objective To understand the disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions and provide the basis for prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods The data of monitoring the disinfection effect of county and township medical institutions in Mashan County from 2010 to 2012 were analyzed. Results From 2010 to 2012, a total of 765 samples of all kinds of monitoring objects were tested, and 703 were qualified, with an average pass rate of 91.90%. The detection qualified rate was 87.74%, 92.67% and 96.86% (P <0.01) respectively from 2010 to 2012; the medical institutions at county and township level were 97.83% and 87.56% respectively (P <0.01); the indoor air was 95.00% The surface was 97.30%, the hand of medical staff was 92.21%, the disinfectant used was 98.94%, the sterilized article was 70.71% and the instrument soaked liquid was 72.00%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection of medical institutions in Mashan County is generally good, and the pass rate of sterilized articles and sterile equipment preservation solution is relatively low.
