In recent years, many relatively economical and rapid short-term test methods have been studied and adopted to screen for the carcinogenicity of a large and increasing number of chemicals. There are many methods and a large range of choices. The next problem is how to evaluate the reliability and predictive ability of these single methods or matching test results. How to choose the best matching method has become an important issue to be solved. Many scholars in this field have conducted research and put forward different methods according to different principles and purposes.
