目的:介绍指导医患合理利用医疗资源的工具InterRAI,及其在加拿大的应用。方法:通过现场培训和调研了解InterRAI及部分子工具的使用方法和意义。结果:加拿大试点经验表明,InterRAI的引入对医疗资源的合理使用具有实际指导意义。结论:我国可考虑引入部分成熟InterRAI子工具开展试点研究。
Purpose: To introduce InterRAI, a tool that guides medical professionals in rational use of medical resources, and its application in Canada. Methods: Through on-site training and research to understand the use of InterRAI and some sub-tools and significance. Results: The Canadian pilot experience shows that the introduction of InterRAI is of practical guidance for the rational use of medical resources. Conclusion: China may consider introducing some mature InterRAI sub-tools to carry out pilot studies.
