山东省民营科技型企业在改革大潮中应运而生,经历了一个风风雨雨,潮起潮落的艰难发展历程。目前,全省民营科技型企业已发展到近3000家,从业人员3.7万多人,92年创产值13.4亿元,有18家产值超千万元,有287家产值超百万元,今年将有5家产值超亿元。民营科技型企业已成为发展社会主义市场经济,促进科技经济一体化,解放和发展科技第一生产力,繁荣我省科技事业和高新技术产业的一支新生力量。为适应社会主义市场经济发展,促进民营科技型企业进一步上规模、上水平、上效益,加快其集团化、产业化、国际化进程,民营科技型企业的发展需要进一步解决以下六个问题。

In order to adapt to the development of the socialist market economy, and promote the private-scientific and technological enterprises to further scale, improve the level, and benefit, and accelerate the process of its grouping, industrialization, and internationalization, the development of private technology-based enterprises needs to further address the following six issues.
