卡介苗是用来预防结核病的牛型结核分枝杆菌减毒活疫苗。以卡介苗为载体的基因重组卡介苗因其具有集疫苗与佐剂于一体的特点,近年来成为研究的热点。基因重组卡介苗在免疫功能的研究、传染病和肿瘤的防治中均发挥了重要作用。本文就近年来这方面的研究作一简要概述。
Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) is a live attenuated vaccine against M. tuberculosis that is used to prevent tuberculosis. Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) -based gene recombination BCG has become a research hotspot in recent years due to its combination of vaccine and adjuvant. Recombinant BCG has played an important role in the study of immune function, infectious diseases and prevention and treatment of cancer. This article gives a brief overview of recent studies in this field.
