提升机的安全运行是矿井正常生产的必要条件,液压制动系统的整定十分重要。本文从理论上推导整定公式,结果表明,一般情况下油压值允许有一定的整定区间,而不是以往常用的一个特定值。这样,将使设计、调试与维护工作简便易行,有利于安全生产。 本文对提升系统质量模数Z、制动力矩倍数K与二级制动的关系也进行了探讨。
