网络名人对社会舆论的形成发挥着不可忽视的作用。在他们的引导下,互联网上的“喃喃自语”上升为公共表达,局部意见演化为网络舆论,进而影响社会舆论,直接渗透到现实社会。引导和培养认同国家主流意识形态的网络名人,营造健康、有序、和谐的网络舆论环境,是当前中国网络舆论阵地建设以及网络意识形态建设的一项重要任务。
Internet celebrities play an important role in the formation of public opinion. Under their guidance, “mutter” on the Internet has risen to public expression, and local opinions have evolved into public opinion on the Internet, thereby affecting public opinions and directly penetrating into the real world. It is an important task for the current construction of the network of public opinion in China and for the construction of the network ideology to guide and cultivate a network of celebrities who share the ideology of the country’s mainstream and create a healthy, orderly and harmonious online public opinion environment.
