作者于1970～1979年遇到33例药物引起的帕金森综合征。已证实18例是下述药物所致:胃复安10例,止吐灵及利血平各2例,吩噻嗪和苯丁酮4例。本文分析了长期服用胃复安引起的帕金森综合征病例。
The authors encountered 33 drug-induced Parkinson’s syndromes from 1970 to 1979. Has been proven in 18 cases caused by the following drugs: metoclopramide 10 cases, antithrombotic and reserpine 2 cases, phenothiazine and 4 cases of butanone. This article analyzes the long-term use of metoclopramide-induced Parkinson’s disease cases.
