血液透析在扩张型心肌病合并心衰中的应用

目的:探讨血液透析在扩张型心肌病合并心衰中的应用效果。方法:纳入71例扩张型心肌病合并心衰患者,均为本院收治的住院患者,随机分为对照组35例与观察组36例,分别实施常规治疗和常规治疗联合血液透析治疗。两组患者均接受1个月的持续治疗,治疗结束后进行疗效判定,并抽取两组患者的清晨空腹静脉血送检,检测其脑尿钠肽(BNP)水平。结果:两组患者治疗前的BNP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的BNP水平与治疗前比较均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗后进行组间比较,对照组的BNP水平显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。治疗结束对两组的治疗效果进行评估,观察组的治疗总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析治疗扩张型心肌病合并心衰患者可以获得良好的临床效果。 Objective: To investigate the effect of hemodialysis on dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure. Methods: A total of 71 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure were enrolled. All of them were hospitalized in our hospital and were randomly divided into control group (35 cases) and observation group (36 cases). The patients were treated with conventional therapy and routine hemodialysis. Both groups received continuous treatment for one month. After the treatment was over, the curative effect was evaluated. Early morning fasting venous blood samples of both groups were collected for detection of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP). Results: There was no significant difference in BNP level between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, BNP levels in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P <0.05), and after treatment, BNP levels in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group (P <0.05). At the end of treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was evaluated. The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.43%, P <0.05). Conclusion: Hemodialysis treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure can get good clinical results.
