从組織良好的燃烧过程出发,本文提出了柴油机对喷油系統的要求。根据現有的实驗资料,較全面地分析了普通喷油系的缺点。特别仔細的探討了小負荷时喷油机組的工作条件,并提出了改进方案。本文内所建議的噴油系统由一个油泵連同两个大小不同的喷咀组成。在小負荷小轉速下,大噴咀自动停止工作,由小嘖咀給出較高質量的嘖油;高負荷时,两噴咀协同工作,小噴咀嘖油前导,从而組成二級燃烧,保証着柔和的燃烧过程。
Starting from the well-organized combustion process, this paper presents the diesel injection system requirements.
