目的:对紫菀挥发油中祛痰活性化学成分进行研究。方法:用气-质联用法分析挥发油成分;另以硅胶薄层色谱法进行纯化,得到单体化合物,根据各种有机波谱鉴定其结构。同时以酚红法进行祛痰活性研究。结果:以气-质联用法鉴定了7个化合物,分别是(R)-(-)-p-menth-1-en-4-ol(1),2-undecanone(2),n-decanoic acid(3),(-)-spathulenol(4),hexahydrofarnesyl acetone(5),hexadecanoic acid(6),cis-9,cis-12-octadecadienoic acid(7);分离鉴定1-乙酰基-反式-2-烯-4,6-癸二炔(8),具有祛痰作用。结论:紫菀挥发油中的主要成分1-乙酰基-反式-2-烯-4,6-癸二炔具有祛痰作用。
Objective: To study the active chemical constituents of alfalfa in the volatile oil of Aster trifoliata. Methods: The components of volatile oils were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The compounds were purified by silica gel thin-layer chromatography to obtain monomer compounds. Their structures were identified according to various organic spectra. At the same time, the phenol red method was used to study the activity of earthworm. RESULTS: Seven compounds were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. They were (R)-(-)-p-menth-1-en-4-ol(1), 2-undecanone(2), n-decanoic acid. (3), (-)-spathulenol (4), hexahydrofarnesyl acetone (5), hexadecanoic acid (6), cis-9, cis-12-octadecadienoic acid (7); Isolation and identification of 1-acetyl-trans-2 -ene-4,6-decadiynyl (8) with quinone action. Conclusion: 1-acetyl-trans-2-ene-4,6-fluorene diyne, the main component of the essential oil of Aster splendens, has a scorpion action.
