约束理论(TOC)作为许多管理思维方法之一,已逐渐应用于项目管理。在施工企业管理当中,施工企业成本管理占据着重要的地位,也有多种成本管理方法。分析TOC理论及对施工项目成本管理的影响,将TOC理念和施工项目成本管理相结合,探寻TOC在施工项目成本管理中的应用中存在的缓冲区设置、人员惰性、计划进度变动等各种问题并给出应对策略,可以为建筑企业在进行施工项目成本管理时提供一定的参考。
Constraints theory (TOC) as one of many management thinking methods, has been gradually applied to project management.
