目的 探讨细胞凋亡相关基因 p5 3、bcl- 2与喉鳞癌的关系。方法 应用免疫组化 ABC法对 6 0例喉鳞癌和 8例声带息肉标本中的 p5 3、bcl- 2基因的蛋白表达进行检测。结果 6 0例喉鳞癌中 p5 3、bcl- 2基因蛋白的表达阳性率均较高 ,分别为 6 1.7% (37/6 0 )和 43.3% (2 6 /6 0 ) ,并且其阳性表达率与喉鳞癌的病理分化程度和颈淋巴结转移有关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而与喉鳞癌的临床分期和分型无关 (P>0 .0 5 )。8例声带息肉标本的 p5 3、bcl- 2基因蛋白的表达均为阴性。结论 本实验从蛋白水平上证实了喉鳞癌与 p5 3、bcl- 2基因的关系 ,提示此两种基因可能参与了喉鳞癌细胞凋亡的调节 ,对喉鳞癌的发生可能起着重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between apoptosis-related genes p5 3, bcl-2 and laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The protein expressions of p53 and bcl-2 in 60 specimens of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 8 cases of vocal cord polyps were detected by immunohistochemical ABC method. Results The positive rates of p5 3 and bcl-2 protein in 60 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were higher than those in the control group (6 1.7% (37/60) and 43.3% (26/60) respectively) The rate was related to the pathological grade of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and cervical lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not to the clinical stage and the type of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (P> 0.05). The expression of p5 3 and bcl-2 protein in 8 cases of vocal cord polyp specimens were all negative. Conclusions This study confirmed the relationship between laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and p5 3, bcl-2 gene at the protein level, suggesting that these two genes may be involved in the regulation of apoptosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and may play an important role in the occurrence of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma Role.
