涂钽的镍基合金在900℃熔融的K_2TaF_7—KF—NaF系混合盐里腐蚀实验表明,涂钽层的耐腐蚀性能比纯钽高,这和基体的合金元素有关。涂层样品经金相、电镜、电予探针观测证明,沉积温度1050℃时的涂钽层耐氟化物熔体腐蚀较为理想。
Corrosion experiments of tantalum-coated Ni-based alloy in K_2TaF_7-KF-NaF mixed salt melted at 900 ℃ show that the corrosion resistance of tantalum-coated layer is higher than that of pure tantalum, which is related to alloying elements of matrix. The coating samples were observed by metallography, electron microscope and electric probe to prove that the fluoride corrosion resistance of the tantalum coating at the deposition temperature of 1050 ℃ is better.
