随着我国经济与社会转型进程的加快,劳动力市场的分化演进呈现出复杂性的多元化特点。如何确保女性大学毕业生劳动参与率的稳定,不仅使女性大学毕业生成为社会劳动力就业主体分化中引人关注的一个目标人群,而且也成为社会各界关注的一个焦点问题。本文基于劳动经济学与协同学视角,分析女性大学毕业生在劳动力市场分化中所面临的就业问题的相关性因素,探讨其对于劳动力市场稳定的社会意义。
With the acceleration of the process of economic and social transformation in our country, the differentiation and divergence of the labor market show the complexity and diversification characteristics. How to ensure the stability of the labor participation rate of female university graduates not only makes female university graduates become a target population that attracts attention during the differentiation of social labor force, but also becomes a focus issue of all walks of life. Based on the perspectives of labor economics and synergetics, this paper analyzes the related factors of employment of female university graduates in the labor market differentiation and discusses their social significance for the stability of the labor market.
