常温常压条件下,在单头部矩形光学可视燃烧室试验件上,开展了预燃级内级旋流对点/熄火性能的影响研究,在此基础上,采用PIV和燃油PLIF光学诊断技术研究了火焰筒相对压降、预燃级燃油流量对流场结构及燃油空间分布的影响,结合流场和燃油分布试验结果,分析了预燃级内级旋流对点/熄火性能的影响,结果表明:预燃级内级有旋方案的点/熄火性能优于无旋方案,预燃级内级无旋将导致旋流器中心区域轴向产生高速正向射流,这不仅会破坏回流区结构,而且会影响燃油核心区的分布,这不利于点火器附近核心火团的生成和回流区火焰的稳定,最终导致点/熄火性能的恶化.
