项目管理是把各种系统、资源和人员组合起来,采用适当的管理流程,在满足时间、成本、质量等要素条件下,完成任务目标的行为过程。项目组织是为了有效地实现项目管理的任务目标而采取的一种资源配置方式。广义地讲,一个企业就是一个项目组织,是一个存续时间较长、任务内容较多的项目的集合体。
Project management is a combination of various systems, resources and personnel, the use of appropriate management processes, to meet the time, cost, quality and other elements of the conditions to complete the task of the target behavior process. Project organization is a kind of resource allocation method to effectively achieve the mission objectives of project management. Broadly speaking, a business is a project organization, is a collection of projects that have a longer duration and more tasks.
