目的:探讨气相色谱在甜蜜素检测质量控制中的应用,为液体饮料检测提供参考。方法:采用气相色谱法进行甜蜜素检测质量控制,测定甜蜜素的精密度及回收率,以标准品建立标准曲线,外标法进行含量测定。结果:线性方程为y=211.71675x+1.48284,其线性相关系数为0.99998。甜蜜素回收率结果都在99.7%-101%之间,变异系数(RSD)为5.07%,标准偏差为0.0071,测定五个样品中甜蜜素含量为0.14g/kg、0.14 g/kg、0.14 g/kg、0.15 g/kg和0.13 g/kg,表明其平均含量为0.14%。结论:气相色谱在甜蜜素检测质量控制中的应用具有较高的准确度、精密度和回收率,线性关系好,值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore the application of gas chromatography in the quality control of sodium cyclamate, and to provide reference for liquid beverage testing. Methods: The quality control of sodium cyclamate was carried out by gas chromatography. The precision and recovery rate of sodium cyclamate were determined. The standard curve was established by standard and the content was determined by external standard method. Results: The linear equation was y = 211.71675x + 1.48284 with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.99998. The results of cyclamate recovery ranged from 99.7% to 101% with a coefficient of variation (RSD) of 5.07% and a standard deviation of 0.0071. The cyclamate content in the five samples was 0.14 g / kg, 0.14 g / kg, 0.14 g / kg, 0.15 g / kg and 0.13 g / kg, indicating an average content of 0.14%. Conclusion: The application of GC in the quality control of sodium cyclamate has high accuracy, precision and recovery, and has good linearity and is worth popularizing and applying.
