机构投资者的组织形式和投资策略选择决定于诸多因素,除机构自身因素外,市场条件应是重要的外部影响因素我国股票市场中的机构投资者发展历史尚短,整个行业总体上仍然处于学习和模仿发达市场同行的阶段。大量实践表明,机构投资者的组织形式和投资策略选择决定于诸多因素,除机构自身因素外,市场条件应是重要的外部影响因素。不对我国股票市场条件的特殊性给予充分关注,只是简单模仿发达市场机构投资者的经营模式,势必造成“水土不服”问题。
The organizational form and investment strategy choice of institutional investors depend on many factors. Except for the institutional factors, the market conditions should be an important external influencing factor. The institutional investors in the stock market in our country have a short history of development and the whole industry is still learning. And imitate the developed market counterparts in the stage. A lot of practice shows that the organizational form of institutional investors and investment strategy depends on many factors, in addition to the institutional factors, the market conditions should be an important external factors. Not paying enough attention to the peculiarities of China’s stock market conditions simply by imitating the business models of investors in developed market institutions will inevitably result in the issue of “acclimatization”.
