目的 探讨细胞周期素D1蛋白 (cyclinD1)与 p16蛋白在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义。 方法 1998年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 1月采用免疫组化SP法 ,检测恶性、交界性、良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤、正常卵巢组织中的cyclinD1蛋白和p16蛋白的表达。结果 cyclinD1蛋白、p16蛋白表达的阳性率分别为恶性 5 0 %和 4 0 %、交界性30 %和 5 0 %、良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤 0和 80 %、正常卵巢组织中 0和 90 %。恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤与良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤及正常卵巢组织之间比较 ,cyclinD1蛋白的表达差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ,p16蛋白的表达差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。在恶性程度较高 ,组织分化差 ,晚期的恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中cyclinD1蛋白表达率高 ,p16蛋白的表达率低。相关性分析显示 ,cyclinD1蛋白与 p16蛋白的表达呈负相关。 结论 cyclinD1蛋白的过度表达与 p16蛋白表达的缺失在恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤的发生、发展中起一定作用 ,二者可能存在相互抑制机制。
Objective To investigate the expression of cyclin D1 and p16 protein in epithelial ovarian tumors and its clinical significance. Methods From January 1998 to January 2000, immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of cyclinD1 and p16 protein in malignant, borderline, benign epithelial ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues. Results The positive rates of cyclinD1 protein and p16 protein expression were 50% and 40% respectively, borderline 30% and 50%, 0 and 80% in benign ovarian epithelial tumors and 0 and 90% in normal ovarian tissues. There was significant difference in the expression of cyclinD1 between malignant ovarian epithelial tumor and benign epithelial ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue (P <0.01), and the difference of p16 protein was significant (P <0 0) 5). In the higher degree of malignancy, poorly differentiated tissue, advanced epithelial ovarian cancer, cyclinD1 protein expression rate is high, p16 protein expression rate is low. Correlation analysis showed that cyclinD1 protein and p16 protein expression was negatively correlated. Conclusion Overexpression of cyclinD1 and loss of p16 protein play a role in the occurrence and development of malignant ovarian epithelial neoplasms. Both of them may have mutual inhibitory mechanism.
